Macaroni Soup
Macaroni and vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot large
- 1/2 Swede Medium
- 2 Potatoes Medium
- 1/2 cup Macaroni
- 2 Onions Medium
- 1 apple Large
- 1 piece Pumpkin Medium size
- 4 cups Milk
Instructions
- Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater.
- Add macaroni, seasoning and water to cover.
- Boil slowly for 2 hours.
- Add the milk, reheat and thicken with a little flour made into a paste with cold water.
