Russian Soup
Ingredients
- 450 g grams Blade steak
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 Beetroot (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 900 grams Tomatoes
- 1/2 Head of cabbage
Instructions
- Place all but the cabbage in a saucepan with 500ml of water and seasoning (salt & pepper).Cook slowly for 2 hours. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for a further 1/2 hour.Remove the meat and serve with a spoonful of cream to each plate.
