  • 450 g grams Blade steak
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 2 Beetroot (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 900 grams Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Head of cabbage


  • Place all but the cabbage in a saucepan with 500ml of water and seasoning (salt & pepper).
    Cook slowly for 2 hours. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for a further 1/2 hour.
    Remove the meat and serve with a spoonful of cream to each plate.
