- 1 cup Salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mash the fish.
- Add the beaten eggs and other ingredients.
- Place in a greased loaf tin and bake at 400° F or 200° C for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with parsley sauce or lemon juice or serve cold with a salad.
