Instructions
Place all
but
the cabbage in a saucepan with 500ml of water and seasoning (salt & pepper).
Cook slowly for 2 hours. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for a further 1/2 hour.
Remove the meat and serve with a spoonful of cream to each plate.
