Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mash the fish.
  • Add the beaten eggs and other ingredients.
  • Place in a greased loaf tin and bake at 400° F or 200° C for 30 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot with parsley sauce or lemon juice or serve cold with a salad.
